Introduction: UAd is an application for creating campaigns, posting requirements, user registration and marketing via registered social media users and will be referred to here as Uad. Your use of the Uad application indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions. - The application aims to connect brands with small influencers to achieve the goals of marketing campaigns, and the application facilitates this by having an integrated platform for marketing through small influencers. - The Uad app enables brands to build and create marketing campaigns with influencers within the app via the Create Campaign page. This will alert the appropriate influencers of the existence of this campaign and enable the influencers to participate in the campaign. The details, number of followers and views of the influencers are recorded in the Uad database, and on this the campaign performance level will be measured. The influencer is entitled to earn profits after submitting a report indicating that he has completed his duties towards the campaign and the requirements of the brand.
UAd Application Terms and Conditions:
Content Creators:
1- Your registration on the Uad platform classifies you as a "User". Being a user indicates that you agree to the terms and conditions of the Uad platform
2- The number of followers on the Instagram platform must not be less than 2000 followers.
3- The number of followers on the Instagram platform should not exceed 9000 followers. 4- The number of views on the Snapchat platform must not be less than 200 views.
5- The number of views on the Snapchat platform must not exceed 9000 views.
6- The age of the Uad user must not be less than 16 years.
7- The account on one of the mentioned platforms must be a “public” account, and no private accounts are accepted on the platform.
8- If the post is on the Snapchat platform, the post will not be accepted if it is in a private story.
9- The published content must be compatible with the following: a. Terms and conditions of the platform used (Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter..) B. Terms and conditions of the participating brand campaign.
10- It is required that the followers of the account be real and obtained in a real way, and no account with a large percentage of fake followers will be accepted.
11-Reading and reviewing the campaign details and requirements is the user’s responsibility, and the user’s participation in a campaign and failure to comply with the terms and requirements leads to the complete refusal of his participation.
12- The user's posting of the content is the responsibility of the user, and Uad will not be held responsible. In the event of delay or failure to publish, the account will be removed from the campaign immediately if the time of publication is mentioned in the description, details or requirements of the campaign, or if an alert has been sent containing information about the expected time of publication.
13- Your purchase of a product or service for the purpose of advertising does not guarantee your acceptance in the campaign or approval of your publication if the previous clauses are directly violated.
14- Being a user means your agreement and understanding of the terms and conditions, your agreement means that Uad has the right to intervene and request an amendment, removal or addition of part of the publication as long as it is one of the requirements or conditions of the campaign, and not agreeing to these amendments leads to the rejection of the publication in the campaign on behalf of the advertiser ( trade mark).
15- Any indication must be added that the relationship between you and the brand mentioned in the publication is a commercial relationship with the aim of advertising the product, service or brand. For example, use the hashtag #advertisement or #ad
16- The person who spoke, the advertiser or the person who covered and published the post must be the user defined in Uad and it is not allowed to post through another account on behalf of the user.
17- The presence or mention of another trademark is not permitted within the frame of the publication containing an advertisement for the trademark owner of the advertisement.
18- If the campaign requires the purchase of a product, the Uad platform is not responsible for paying the costs on behalf of the influencer and the customer or influencer bears the cost of the product, depending on what is mentioned in the campaign text and what has been approved by the influencer.
19- The influencer’s participation in the campaign means full agreement to abide by all that is mentioned in the text of the requirements and the campaign summary, and failure to comply with them leads to the influencer’s rejection of the campaign without explanation.
20- The influencer has the right to withdraw from the campaign if he wishes to do so by communicating with the technical support in the application.
21- The Uad platform is not responsible for ensuring that your publication reaches the payment stage, and your participation in the campaign does not mean final approval of the publication.
22- The user undertakes not to scratch the image of the trademark, abuse it, disregard the product or service, or defame the reputation if the campaign is participated in. If this is done, the account will be closed permanently and Uad will not be liable for any errors stemming from the influencer or any fines or legal penalties.
23- The user cannot participate in the campaigns without providing the payment method (bank account, STC Pay, Apple Pay) and if wrong information is provided and the user participates in the campaigns, Uad is not responsible for paying the influencer until the wrong or incomplete data is corrected within campaign period.
Trademarks:
Introduction:
These terms constitute an agreement between UAd and the customer while using the Uad platform service The Uad platform will advertise to the client company and its brand or products and services to reach a specific number of the audience of the small influencers using its users. The customer pays the amount based on the desired access rate, and the payment is made through the application via the customer's wallet. Terminology:
- The customer refers to the person responsible for the campaign for the brand on the Uad platform
- The trademark refers to the company, the mark, the product and its representative in the text of the agreement between Uad and the trademark owner or its representative.
-Campaign refers to the marketing activity that the trademark owner intends to carry out through Uad using registered users Influencers refers to users registered with Uad and users participating in the campaign for the purpose of advertising the brand
- The posts refer to the content shared by influencers during the campaign Views and refer to the rate of arrival of the publication on social media platforms, according to the different measurements of the different platforms and the way they work
-Communication platforms and refer to Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok
-The application refers to the Uad Brands program available on the ios & Android system, a program that serves the customer to carry out the mentioned campaign through the Uad service.
- Campaign terms refer to the conditions set by the customer for the purpose of conducting the campaign and publications as required Campaign brief, which is a brief explanation of the goal of the campaign and the advantages of the product or service The goal is the result of the views at the end of the campaign
-Price per view, which is the cost of one view for the amount paid
Conditions:
The advertiser is committed to the information written in the description, brief and terms of the campaign and is committed not to conflict with the regulation of advertising by influencers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is committed to the validity of the information mentioned and Uad does not bear any of the errors in these texts The advertiser is obligated to set the start and end time of the campaign and review it to ensure that its goals are achieved
-The advertiser pays a sum of money for the service of obtaining a certain amount of views in the accounts of registered users in UAd who are small influencers
- UAd is obligated to reach the number of views mentioned in the application, and in the event that it is not reached, the campaign is reviewed and UAd compensates by advertising through the use of other influencers or by returning the amount to the customer’s wallet to be used in another campaign The campaign may be stopped or postponed if necessary, and this is done by communicating with UAd and writing the reasons in writing
- UAd has the right to suspend a campaign or a customer's account if it finds something that violates the rules and regulations or what causes controversy in the terms, description or guidelines of the campaign The copyright and intellectual property rights of this Application belong to us or to any of our licensors, and it is prohibited to use or disseminate it without any prior written consent from us, and no part of the Application may be reproduced, without prior permission. We have the right to make updates and changes in the policies, terms and conditions thereof to meet all the standard criteria at any time and without reference to you or any other party, and you must refer to the terms and conditions frequently, in order to know the changes made on the website, and such changes become effective as soon as they are posted on Location. We have the right to withhold from you your visit or use of the application, at any time and for any reason and without reference to you, whether such blocking is temporary or permanent. If any provision of the Privacy Policy is found to be illegal, void or unenforceable in whole or in part under the laws of the country; This provision, or part of it, shall be deemed not part of the Privacy Policy, without any effect on the legality of the remaining provisions.
